No incentive was offered I've been attending their webinars before my company instituted ProdPad, so their frameworks for things like Now, Next, and Later have always been part of my work. Having a tool that allows me to organize that work with those frameworks I learned from their sessions is really helpful. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros As someone relatively new to product management, it has been super helpful to find a tool that can help me structure my thoughts and decisions. I'm able to quickly share the content with my team and the Jira integration is super helpful so that the flow from market analysis to idea generation to spelling out the functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, to linking to designs and having all of that feed into a Jira epic is amazing. Business stakeholders can also see the roadmap and understand why a decision to push a feature into production (or not) was made. #### Cons The learning curve is steep. We had multiple sessions with the ProdPad team to understand how it integrates with our workflows. The initial time investment is worth it though, especially now that I can work straight out of ProdPad instead of having to connect and link content from Airtable, Google Docs, Confluence and Jira. Some of the UI could be improved - my team initially stumbled a bit with the UI (like things closing up accidentally with content that had not been saved) but have shared with each other things to look out for moving forward. #### Reasons for switching to ProdPad It was a company/team decision. It makes a very compelling visual when we do our product roadmap to see the various stories and categories. Integrates with Trello, which we also use #### Cons The stories can build up and the "simple" visuals become muddy very quickly. I've used it in a previous company I worked at and am glad to have introduced it again in my newest role. Some things have changed in the past 2 years but it's still such a great tool for alignment: I love how easy it is to share our strategy, keep room for changes, get others involved too. #### Cons Not related to ProdPad specifically, the same would happen with others tools too: it requires to educate our colleagues and stakeholders on various concepts (feedback, idea, opportunity etc) and how they tie together. #### Vendor response Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review Fanny. As a Product Manager, I start my week reviewing feature ideas and feedback and I just need to open Prodpad channel to see the latest. Saves me time and so convenient. #### Cons I find it difficult to browse through all the feedback and feature ideas in Prodpad using search and not to read the same ones again. It might be just the way we organize it in my company still it could be improved.
