Pros
- Features like timesheets have helped us manage and track employee productivity effectively.
- I like its simple interface, economical pricing, and smart features that include Gantt charts, File sharing, and automated invoicing.
Cons
- The main page can sometimes be confusing if you do not know where you need to go to access the proper project information.
- Project management only, so no CRM for managing prospects and leads (but we just use something else for that!).
Pros
- It an excellent software for our architectural firm and we so far we have received a great service. We use bqe for timekeeping and billing.
- It makes my report process much cleaner and quicker. The customer service is great and whenever we need any assistance to resolve a issue i am having they come straight to my aide.
Cons
- I have been using it only for a limited time, however some of the things that I dislike are its limitations. It's lack of flexibility could cause some minor hiccups in the process.
- Digital signatures on timesheets. Report specifically by client showing their average days to pay - Using the collections report is too tedious - this should be a canned report.
