That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.

All employees can access up to date content in one simple place. Good visual representation of information.

The interface is very rich and intuitive, offers a clear and precise overview of the different results obtained. A free trial version is also available to enhance the user experience.

Ravetree feels like the perfect blend of being universal enough for the masses and customized for the individual peculiarities of a mid-market full-service advertising agency of 35 people (i.e. us).

At the time of this review, there was no public API, which for us is a deal-breaker.

Responsiveness of support team & customization. I love logging time to my timesheet directly from the kanban board.

In addition, Customer rep has consistently delivered the human element of a technology/subscription delivery and made it feel like we were a priority at each at every turn.

What Ravetree has going for it is management of the project along with progress against budget.

The lack of stability and the appalling support.

Ease of use and ability to ramp other team members easily.

User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.

It also has a pretty intuitive user experience. The kanban board is a useful feature and I like being able to see how many billable and non-billable hours I'm logging each day.

My overall experience with Ravetree is that What I could say is that the software is highly recommended, it has so many useful features for businesses.

Sometimes, getting alerts can be difficult. If you miss an email, you may miss an update or a tag in Ravetree.

It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.

The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.

I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.

The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.

The report feature was very confusing. I did not understand the directions.

It is all about flexibility and that is where Schedule it excels - if you cannot set up a feature that you want, the support services will help you out - we have found them to be second to none.

We are very satisfied with the overall ease of the software and the customer service, all of our questions are replied to promptly and all problems that have popped up have always been solved.

With that said, We had issues and they looked at the report and fixed the problem.

An excellent and user friendly system, with good telephone support if needed.

I don't like having to double filter everything.

The integration of this product was so easy and everyone at the company can use it with ease.

Whenever I have a question both phone and email support are quick, friendly and helpful.

For our coordinators and office users, the ease of adding jobs with associated notes and the speedy updating of the data is really appreciated.

A great way to ensure that communication with tutors and other stakeholders is up to date and correct.

Nice tool to schedule and delegate tasks to staff in an intelligent and punctual way.

You can also share content easily with stakeholders using Calendar view for engagement, approval, integrated demand planning etc. For me it is an all-in-one tool.

Love how easy is to use, didn't take long to get used to it and even the new staff finds it easy to learn.

Most user friendly interface I've seen of any planning and scheduling application. Finally, the pricing is phenomenal.

What our office likes most about the software is its ease of use, it is not complicated to create resources, and the scheduling of the resources. The Software is very user friendly.

I love how easy it is to reschedule an event by dropping and dragging and this takes all the associated elements of the event with it.

We are a lot more time efficient now. Love how the customer service chat is available ANY TIME and responds very quickly, even to a stupidest questions.

We also are currently working on building a lab material resource. I am confident that this will be advantageous to our instructional staff.
