There are some features we use regularly that are only available in the desktop version but it hasn't really prevented us from doing what we need to do.

WorkOtter from the Top Down or from the Bottom Up | Comprehensive Project Management Reporting.

The 2 way Jira integration was a must for us. The ability to reply to projects via email without having to log in was great.

Have questions, you can always call customer service to fulfill any lingering questions/doubts.

It's hard for me to really find something I don't like about this product.

It is extremely user friendly for our most tech-savvy employees to those who struggle with new technology. I highly recommend this software for project management needs.

Being able to see excess capacity is really amazing too to watch over personnel, & being able to try out the ‘what if scenarios’ is quite impactful.

Some features might need updates as new updates are added/edited by Project Management Institute. Missing the updated software or new patches part.

I love that I can customize the dashboards and that this tool allows us to forecast projects which helps us with reporting to upper management.

Displays and reports are easily customizable for use in any industry. It's wonderful that it can be integrated with most programs I use for managing like Microsoft Project and Excel.

I am from Brazil and they support English only. I already mailed them with this suggestion but no ETA yet.

The syncing features help to improve documents and allows for better communication.

I've been able to ask anytime I've had a problem and get some guidance to use the product properly.

WorkOtter has provided us an opportunity to get control over our complex tasks.

The sales officials, support team, and installation guides have all instilled a sense of trust in me with WorkOtter.

Another great part is this software is great to use if your small and only have 1 or 2 projects or if your large and have a great deal of projects going on. Plus the price point is great.

I especially love how the dashboards can be customized per user, giving everyone exactly what they need in one easy to use dashboard.

WorkOtter has been a huge game-changer for me with regards to managing resources on multiple complex projects.

Reports Module - this has tons fo reports where we can see and select the desired reports. In summary, a perfect tool for Project manager,  cost effective.

The second feature that I love is the ability to source dashboards and reports from open community sources.

Our sales person was able to answer all of our questions, and helped us find solutions to our current Best Practices. It was like he had a solution for everything we threw at him.

I would say the limited Language option & the features for mobile option is quite limited.

The sales rep was never meddling and explained pricing upfront. Everything has been great with everyone involved.

I really like that the reports can be emailed to users automatically and you can customize and build your own dashboard. I like the mobile views of iOS and all the interactive features.
