Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love that they are keeping up on the time. It helps to have it at our fingertips no matter what.
- Cloud Based, very well thought out and designed, excellent search, good quality accounting, excellent only help.
- I've overall enjoyed this system and surely don't know all the cool things it does. I appreciate any education on how to better leverage the tools it offers and how to do things more efficiently.
Cons
- We have to pay them back and it can be very frustrating for them as they have to wait days for their funds.
- This causes havoc for us as some tenants with due dates other than the 1st get charged twice in the longer months.
- Integration with other software has been a challenge. Marketing reports are not as detailed as a result and that is a problem with larger properties where marketing data is entered by many.
Pros
- We are very satisfied by what managego has to offer. They are constantly adding more options, and their customer service is amazing.
- It's super easy for tenants to submit payments.
- We have been using managego for a few years now and it's really great. Tenants use it for payments and maintenance tickets.
Cons
- The integration with Rent Manager is not as tight as other integrations, and there have been some glitches in the past with the payment processing which were understandably frustrating at the time.
- Payment errors occurring too often which upset tenants.
- Running a vast variety of apartment buildings, condos, single story homes, and multiple studios, makes managing quite complicated. With ManageGo all complications disappeared.
