Full control over the lease agreements
Complete control makes it easy to manage and have a full overview of all lease agreements. The system helps us to be more efficient when we follow up the tenants, accountant(s), auditor(s), board(s) or other stakeholders in connection with our properties and associated agreements.
CONSIt takes some time to enter 50-100 agreements the first time, but once you have set up a structure that suits you, it becomes easy to administer and add new agreements.
Reason for choosing Complete Control
We were looking for a system that mainly solved our need for contract management, without unnecessary additional services and modules in addition.
