The only section I struggle with is the website design.

Adding their integrated gate soft-ware has saved hours of work for me in locking out tenants and then unlocking them.

Had a called with a very nice customer service rep who couldn't help me. Was going to have a tech person call me back.

The system is very intuitive and easy to use. The call center is great to work with.

The best part of this solution is not just the software.

I have never had a customer service person act annoyed to help me or make me feel foolish for asking a question about using the software.

Switching from my personal excel spreadsheet over to ESS was super easy. The team was helpful during the transition.

Some setup tasks and general information can be difficult to find while other tasks require more clicks than one would think necessary.

Some of the reports are confusing, and there are some reports that I need that aren't there.

With this software I don't have to worry about checking or changing someones status when they are over due, the system locks them out for me automatically and that is such a relief.

Unable to waive or write off partial amounts. Difficult to find or repair account errors.

It produces all of the invoices for each customer with the extra support of the integration with quickbooks online, makes it extremely easy to track all of my tenants.

The software has cut the time to manage each customer by 75. This is a significant cost savings, as our staff can focus on sales and providing excellent customer service.

Easy to use, did everything I needed, and the Customer Service was FANTASTIC.

Sometimes hard to navigate - not completely intuitive for me to get what I need done. Since I'm not in the software daily, I sometimes learn a trick or two, but forget after some time has gone by.

I have worked with several CRM programs for real estate. This Self Storage Software is  soooooooo user friendly.

The integration of a merchant processor was what drew me to this software solution. I am very pleased with the software and should help me reduce the time cost.

Everything about this program is AMAZING!!!  The people are great to work with.

The best part is the exceptional customer service they provide if you have questions.

The waiting time to speak with a Rep.  This can be frustrating especially when you are closing the period.

Unless you've integrated with other field software or have previous Sage implementation experience, a custom install from a Sage rep can be costly.

If I run are report and print it from the report menu, you shut the menu down and make me reselect all of the filters, is this intentional just to piss me off.

I love the inquiries that you can create with this product. They are easy to create and once you are done, you can throw it to excel.

Service management integration has issues. Does not always work well.

The inability to change vendor numbers ourselves. In the Inquiry, we need to be able to sort by any column.

I have had great success in applying the knowledge I have learned thru Timberlines, Knowledge base.

We chose Sage (Timberline) because we needed a good JC software. We are overall satisfied with Sage.

I have had mostly positive experience with Sage 300, and I find that it really helps my job with how easy it is to use.

User friendly ease of the navigation from one area to another.

Sage is great to work with, especially their help desk. The best support that I have ever experienced.

I like the ability to be able to write reports that are meaningful and exactly what I need.

Office Connector is a nice addition as many reports are not available out of the box...such as a CashFlow Statement and a good WIP report that can be modified and adjusted.

Custom reports have to be done by others at a cost because the software is so difficult to use (Crystal). Canned reports are terrible and have to be re-written in order to get the correct information.

The cost for this program, along with the cost of each user is ridiculous. Trying to find something in Sage Paperless is equally as difficult as trying to use Sage 300.

I have over 35 years experience as an account and experience with Sage less than one year. There was a significant learning curve; however, the support team is the greatest.

The owner/ management likes the various reports I am able to produce from the system. Overall, we are pleased with the Sage product.

It is nothing but lipstick on a pig and the worst software I have used in recent history.

I like the way that these modules cover most of the activities that I need. Reporting flexibility and program stability have always been good.

I was very disappointed then with the SM module as it was not going to do what I was told it could but it was to late at that point as we had made the switch.

We are using this system because we spent too much money on it to just stop using it now and purchase another system.

Overall, Sage CRE300 does a good job with accounting and job cost reporting. Data entry is easy to navigate through.

I like the fact that there are so many areas you can find help, and knowledge for questions that need answered.

So, Job Cost, Payroll, AP, AR GL and CM flow together very well.

Now that I'm trained on it and had a few opportunities to pick the help desks brain I have found that it is really a great fit for the construction industry.
