All software programs can have glitches and FDA is no exception.

We've made our choice after trying several alternatives and FDA was the best option. The ease of use is very important and reduces the training time for new recruits and the possibility of mistakes.

Recently, we are thrilled with reputation tab which allows us to track all online reviews and see our current rating.

FDA is good for a property of our size. Cost is reasonable and serves its purpose.

Easy to use and has a lot of features and integrations that more expensive PMS systems do not have.

Love that I am able to access this software from anywhere.

I also like how easy it is to learn, this will be very helpful when training as that will take up most of your time.

The availability of using it from your PC, phone, and tablet is a big help to user.

Features are extensive; reports will give you everything you are looking for and then some. FDA seamlessly and easily integrates with other booking platforms.

Frontdesk Anywhere Support Team is the best. They have been there since I started my position in September of 2017.

3rd party software integration will allow this to be done, but including it in the package would make the system even stronger.

Overall, Frontdesk Anywhere has been a huge asset to the daily runnings of the business and I couldn't ask for a better program or team.

The ease of use and customer support is the best features of this software.

Complicated of name of the report which are difference from others so sometime it difficult for new staff.

It's very simple and intuitive to use. The reservation layout is easy to read and I like the ability to quickly look at reservations for a few days ahead or up to a month in advance.

I love that FDA is easy to use, and that I can make modifications to many things that I need to modify (plus can get in the backend and modify HTML, etc).

The details in reports are adjustable, which is quite rare among some could based PMS. Customer service is very good.

Would like features for analytics to be expanded but understand that is costly too. The savings we get versus other software is enough to offset that inconvenience.

Frontdesk Anywhere is an awesome software for Hospitality.

I think they're making an effort to combat this on email support at least. I haven't tried to call in a long while because of my frustration around availability.

Only 1 rate per type instead of making rates by length of stay. Big loss in revenue capabilities for everyone.

Each service reps has a different way of maneuvering the software so it's even more confusing. They'll undone what the last rep did.

It is so complex and complicated that it is hard to figure out what all is going on.

Yardi has been an excellent company to work with, making the transition for myself and tenants very easy.

Ease of use and understanding, of the software, reporting, customer service, online help and chat.

I absolutely love it and would recommend this software a 100X over to anyone.

In some cases, the app may also be slow to load or navigate, especially if you're using an older device or have a weak internet connection.

There were a few glitches. I encountered one with the Receivables where I could not see them and had to manually post unable to use the Future Monthly Charges.

We are still in the set up phase, however there are several positives I can already share about Yardi. The price is excellent - middle of the road or lower compared to other, similar software.

Also, use of the ledger  is difficult in that receiving a payment causes an issue in the ledger area to increase amounts owed when only the rent is owed.

I like the ease of use the most, it is pretty easy to navigate.

There is are many features and benefits included with this solution.

Great experience their customer service is also amazing.

Customer support has been responsive and helpful. Some nice, innovative features on the property management side of the software.

The integration with your bank account for EFT payments is great. The ability to manage your documents - leases and attach to a tenant is great.

It has been over a month now and they continue to charge my credit card. The sales rep even admitted that Yardi is very difficult to cancel.

There are three things that stand out, Online Payments with RentCafe is very easy to set up and tenant love it, we have 100% adoption for online payments.

It difficult to learn and it really should not be. I was told that all I had to do was give 30 notice at anytime.

Oh, and there is no tax module for folks in Arizona or elsewhere if you need to collect and remit SALES tax charged monthly on the rent.

The integration with other sites is easy. I love the Maintenace app I was able to download and can manage maintenance while out of the office.

Now we have people applying to unavailable units for the wrong price and this is going to cost us with BAD REVIEWS when we have to cancel and decline them.

The software over all is easy to use. My building managers have been using it for about a year now and it was an easy transformation from Yarid Classic to Yardi Breeze.

Meaning, each month once charges are posted you have to go search for those negative charges and manually apply them. That's IF your monthly charges post automatically.

Do not ask it to think for you. The help button in the system is not useful.

There are quite a few pop-up notifications that can occur and can be irritating at times when entering in new information.

We use it for property management software, tenant portal and reporting. Being able to produce reports as needed is very helpful to present to our investors and business partners.

I would highly recommend this product as it has all the bells and whistles you would need. It also has excellent customer service which is very important in this industry.

The ability to have a corporate website that integrates with this software allows us to update our available units for advertising in one place.

The tutorial videos are right at your fingertips, it made it easy for me to learn how to use the software without sitting down for a training. Customer service is quick to respond, and always helpful.

The main downside of the Yardi Breeze was not having the banking integration, but it was my understanding it might become available in future updates.

I love the simplicity of the program and how user-friendly it is. The integration was also super easy and I was able to set it up with the help of an amazing Yardi team.

My over all expericance with Yardi breeze is really good easy to use most of the time other than the tracking of management fees.

Some tasks could be made to a simpler process but can be quite tricky getting the books to work correctly.

That there is some functionality missing. There were several features with Yardi Genesis 2 that are no longer an option.

The online support chat team is fantastic. They are always happy to share screen and trouble shoot.

But that took weeks to get done. Honestly a horrible onboarding experience and I would go with appfolio if I had to do it all over again.

There are a LOT of bugs that need to be fixed. Customer service is poor.

I have been growing over the past year and a half and I am glad to have started with Breeze. The software has been easy to accommodate the new addition of properties and growth.

I like this software for our property as it was easy to get going, low in upfront costs, and backed by a reputable property software manufacturer.

We were lead to believe that we would be able to pay owner monthly distributions by ACH or E-check. We submitted all the required documentation.

The customer service was fantastic and the tenant portal seemed pretty easy to use.

The owner statements are horrible, and will be the cause of much confusion.

I believe this will become a very powerful management software for a reasonable price. They have a vast background in software and property management, so they really know the needs.

My experience with the company was good. Their management software is simply not worth the investment.

There's no way to set up bank feeds, so cash reconciliations are 100% manual. The way banks are paired with GL accounts is convoluted and difficult to set up and understand.

Great functionality and reporting. The UI is also friendly and self-explanatory.

I love being able to quickly post all accounting elements. Again, as one gets comfortable with all the functionality, it is so efficient.

We still reach out to them now when we need assistance and they are VERY quick to respond and help.
