Must have for your business!

Our day-to-day operations would be so much more timely without Hamlet. We have moved so much of our data into the platform and it's so easy having it all in the same place.

PROS

Hamlet is so straight forward and user-friendly. The lead process has been made so much simpler through using Hamlet, as well as our member management. Additionally, the booking system is probably my favourite as it is so clear and easy to view your bookings at a glance.

CONS

The only feature that could use a little tidy up is the admin analytics section, it's not as straight forward as the rest of the platform and takes a bit more getting used to.

Our Business Operations has improved with Hamlet

Hamlet has impacted very positively in our business. The initial set-up was very easy and we had great support along the way. Our booking and member management process is so very much improved.

PROS

Hamlet has improved our operations, bookings, member management and marketing potential for our Business.Hamlet provides a transparent and user friend approach for all staff.

CONS

We would love to be able to make notes against member profiles and email directly from a members profile so all communication is saved and available for all staff to see.
