No incentive was offered We have been using HOALife's violation app and software for about a year and a half. It's honestly been a lifesaver for our company. The field violation app is extremely user-friendly and provides a seamless transition of field pictures and comments into the "back end" software. From there, reviewing and/or editing violation notices before they go out is a snap. Board reporting is great, and the fact that the software creates an instant repository of your violation history is a massive time saver. Last but certainly not least, you can click a button(s) to email and/or regular (USPS) mail your violation notices out automatically.....no more printing/folding/stuffing effort required. Bottom line...I can't imagine going back to the process I used prior to HOALife, and never will. The HOALife support team is very responsive, and also constantly working to incorporate improvements/enhancements to the software. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros HOALife is very intuitive and user friendly and the Boards love the reporting. It is light years ahead of any manual process or other tools in the industry for violations. Getting started was easy. #### Cons I wish the HOALife team would tackle other areas of HOA Management beyond violations enforcement and work orders. They only focus on violations enforcement but nail the whole process from start to finish. #### Reasons for choosing HOALife User interface and process flow in HOALife are far better than anything else on the market. It just works.
