Pros
- CoStar is very easy to navigate and will help you get the results you need to make a real estate decision.
- The system is very easy to use and navigate; As system admin, the strong customer support we received from Costar is just a plus.
Cons
- Can be a little difficult to navigate. I had no training with the software and I had to play around with it a little to find the information I was looking for.
- Unfortunately the reality was that many contacts were outdated. Some had been gone from the company for several years or even deceased.
Pros
- Realpage has a pretty simple user interface, with tons of ways to get all of the information you need at a glance.
- The thing I like the most about OneSite is how user friendly and easy it is to use. I have used at least 3 other property management softwares and none are as easy to use.
Cons
- Unless it's exported as csv, you have a horrible format you have to deal with in excel.
- There is no way to merge accounts, and each account has SEPARATE 'prospect' and 'applicant/resident' portion. Follow ups are confusing and counter-intuitive.
