Marinago is a cloud-based software designed to help marina organizations streamline property and reservation management operations. MarinaGo-The Pointe Marina

PROS

The reservations making with the software is very easy. The MarinaGo software is integrated with QuickBooks which make the accounting aspect of it super convenient. The overall setup was easy and it gives a full layout of my marina which make it easy to book slips.

CONS

I would like to be able to print a more detailed invoice directly from the MarinaGo software. i hate that you're not allowed to maker reservations beyond today or the day prior. Sometimes i would like to imput a reservations starting a week ago and it would not allow it, you would have to start it from todays date oppose to starting a reservations 3 days ago. I wish it would allow you to just charge electric and water consumption manually instead of having to select meters and meter numbers at checkin. Sometimes, boater would not want to use water and electric when they arrive but change their mind, and once you didnt select a meter at checkin, theres a too much you would have to do to charge that customer for electric or water. We should have the option to be able to charge anything at checkout. Water, ice, electric or any marina charges.

MarinaGo is outstanding!

Our overall experience with MarinaGo and the folks at Scribble as been excellent!

PROS

The central management of all of our information in one location has been the most impactful feature of the program. This, combined with the visual map of the harbor, has made a huge difference in how we operate on a daily basis. However, there are so many other aspects to the program that have been impactful as well.

CONS

Of course, with any new program or operation, there will be things that are discovered along the way that need attention. The folks at Scribble have been on the spot with any help needed! Can't really say there are are cons to using MarinaGo.

We did evaluate another similar alternative but found MarinaGo best fit our need.

Easy to use

Positive, prefer this to classic marina office.

PROS

Ability to use the software from any internet connection - easily run mobile point of sale

CONS

limited in the way that things can be done. not able to be very flexible in some aspects.

MarinaGo Review

PROS

I like the Marina Map, it made it easy to reference the availability.

CONS

I did not like that customers had to pay when being checked in. Invoices are usually sent via Quickbooks and it would be useful to pro-rate the rent when they officially start their tenancy at the Marina.
