And the system said availability=0, but it was available to be booked. I had to mark as “maintenance” a room every time it was full, because it was the only way to stop sales.

Difficult to use in PC, impossible to use in mobile. Booking engine doesn't work properly in mobile.

The most important think with octorate is the visibility and forcaste.

The integration with online travel agencies is smooth, allowing me to reach a wider audience effortlessly. The user interface is fairly intuitive, making it easy to navigate through the system.

It is easy to use and, above all, among the different products evaluated (within this price range), it is one of those that allows greater configurations for rooms and rates.

My day by day with this PMS was the worst experience ever.

I've to write more than 200 code lines in HTML, CSS and JavaScript to make it the basic to work. I reported the problems and they never solved it.

It's an easy to use program with a nice website, great customer service.

I have had a software problem for over a month. I can't move tenants in or out and can't edit leases without my browser locking up.

The tenant portals failed to link up with the software. You can't add any other income categories other than rent received and late fees.

I really liked this software and it was a close second to Rentec Direct.

I was once told that I had to pay for your bookkeeper to find an error I made...luckily I was able to find the problem and fix.

The fees they charge for online rent payments is ridiculously high for the price of the software we already pay for. Their turn around for releasing payment to us is ridiculous.

Also, a system that should be a good fit for any size person or company and with room to expand. The integration of the Trans Union credit/criminal history site is a huge plus as well.

I switched to Buildium and have been very happy with their product and system.

I chose Rentec Direct because of the maintenance capability, rent paying and marketing aspects that was a good fit for our portfolio.
