Simplified My Business

Good program and happy with the service.

PROS

Easy for my whole team to use. We switched from using spreadsheets, so it's helped a ton.

CONS

No issues beyond just learning a new system. The training team helped make this pretty easy.

Great Product for the Price

It's been a good experience so far, we are all happy we signed up.

PROS

It has all the products we need in one place and costs a fraction of the other companies

CONS

New products, but have quickly made changes based on my feedback. It's great that I am not just a number.

As I said in the cons section, so far it has been a great experience. Seamless and trouble free. awesome customer service too

Tenants started using the portal immediately and love it. It has helped us get really organized on the management s side

Best software I've ever used.

PROS

Ease of use. Tenant payment. Auto ACH. Tracking Tenant Payments. Online Communication. GREAT Customer Service.

CONS

Maybe green for paid and yellow for late and red for past due.

So Easy to Use

Happy we upgraded to a real system.

PROS

Accounting is built in and is easy to use. We are glad to have everything in one place.

CONS

No real issues. A small learning curve with new software, but it was expected.
