What I like is that is it simple to use, yet very organized and efficient. I am very happy about the 'book now button' as now guests can book directly on our website without enquiring first.

As a customer, you are a number; they dont even ask your name on the phone, just your ID. Roomraccoon apologises for their incorrect info during sales, but... its your problem now.

RoomRacoon does a great top of managing all of my channels and giving me a real time information. I also like how I can send confirmations, charge credit cards and send folios from my phone.

Unfortunately we have had an almost endless list of issues many of which Room Racoon had not identified. Their customer support is inadequate at best and non existent at worst.

I also like a lot that they take any suggestion to the system very serious. It is still a new system but it is already probably the best out there for a small hotels such as ours.

Price changes are limited. Channel manager only connects you to 4-5 OTA's and then you need to plug in another channel manager.

As overall: easy to use, easy to understand, modern, well-structured, saving time and energy.

The channel management is fantastic and the reservations are comprehensive. The customer support is second to none, one of RoomRaccoon's greatest assets is truly the people who run it.

Extremely user friendly and convenient to use and manage. Very customisable and adaptable to the needs of each type of hotel/guesthouse/lodge.

It is very affordable considering that you truly get all three hotel systems in one combined, yet the support is great. You can always e-mail or call them at any time.

I think the user-friendliness and accessibility is very good. I now enjoy all kinds of benefits at a low rate per month.

The user interface is probably the best thing about Room Racoon.

They will not take ownership for the faults of the system and will always say that it's because you aren't using the system properly.

They have fantastic integration and connecting capabilities. As a partner in guest experience, it is always very pleasant to work with.

It's an easy to use system, yet sufficiently flexible to meet most requirements of any small to mid-sized hospitality business. On-boarding was pretty straight forward.

Over the past four months it has become increasingly error prone with scarcely a week passing without another problem arising.

All in one hotel/lodge management. Great front of house and great back office.

Further, it offers an integrated channel manager (yes, included in the 95,- Euro) and the commission free booking engine just looks great (on all devices).

I found it took a while to set up and add in everything and I was a bit sceptical it was going to be intricate to use but this is not the case now.

Highly intuitive and puts control firmly into the Office of Finance removing the reliance on technology to deliver reports. Saved a huge amount of time on our month end processes.

For our company, the main least of Tagetik is the lack of a native integration with the software APM of the same Company.

It's overly complex at times, some parts of the software are difficult to understand and administer because it can do so much.

As a pioneer in adoption Tagetik in NA, we have been satisfied. There is some room for improvement though, and we are very vocal about it.

My only complaint would be now that they are growing, they will not be my secret.

The software is very easy to use and really helpful with our internal processes of Budgeting Planning Closing and Managerial Consolidation.

Versatility and the ability to create and manage reporting reporting automatically. Possibility to have a clear point about overall performance and  Ease in uploading and managing data.

For the normal purposes, I think it is a good to very good possibility to ease the consolidation purpose.

I like the way I can make autonomously report using excel interface, that is in my opinion very simple and user friendly. Also the process cockpit is very helpful to manage processes.

If we could start over I would like to integrated our software. A part of this we are happy with Tagetik for its flexibility, stability and support to our function.

I enjoyed the variety of options that offers Tagetik for building applications with different purposes: from accounting reconciliation to allocation of costs up to planning and budgeting.

I really like the simplicity of use of the software as well as the friendly relationship and professionalism that is formed with the vendor.

The software offers a wide range of analytical tools, and is very straightforward for reporting purposes. It is very useful for reconciliations and tidying up the accounts.
