Poorly maintained app

The application feels like it's the first release, not tested and then ignored. I'd be surprised if it's still in business by year end. It's a shame, as there's not much on offer for self managed land lords in that price range.

PROS

As a Landlord managing a single property, the pricepoint and feature set seemed reasonable.

CONS

Despite appearing well featured, many of the features didn't connect or update throughout the application. Help documentation was not fleshed out - just obvious extentions of the titles for each section. There was no support response from multiple attempts to elicit info about bugs or to merely understand how a feature should work.

Reasons for switching to Tenant Ledger

Their advertised price was a bit of a dark pattern (appeared to be $21 p/month, but had a $100 p/month minimum in small print) - and wasn't suitable for a self managed land lord with one property (cheaper to employ a property manager).
