With VRscheduler we have a solution that works excellent for our needs. When we asked for a German version the team responded quickly and together we launched the German version within a 2 or 3 weeks.

How easy the learning curve was for staff and employees. Love the ICal link for VRBO and Airbnb.

More so, VRS has definitely added value to our guest services protocol - hope our requests can be successfully integrated as well.

Recommend but it's a time and financial investment.

The setup can be a little tricky. It can be complicated at first to set up your employees.

I have had a software problem for over a month. I can't move tenants in or out and can't edit leases without my browser locking up.

The tenant portals failed to link up with the software. You can't add any other income categories other than rent received and late fees.

I really liked this software and it was a close second to Rentec Direct.

I was once told that I had to pay for your bookkeeper to find an error I made...luckily I was able to find the problem and fix.

This and the massive price increase for next year has made me decide to switch software providers for 2020.

The fees they charge for online rent payments is ridiculously high for the price of the software we already pay for. Their turn around for releasing payment to us is ridiculous.
