The appearance and functionality are outstanding. Xplor staff are very responsive to any issues we have had and they take the time to make you feel like more than just another business account. We are already looking forward to the new services coming in future months and thus far, we have been extremely happy with our transition. We have started locations from zero using PerfectMind (xplor) AND acquired locations that have used it for years. In both cases, we found that eventually the difficulty of use outweighed the customizability. In addition to this, their customer service is abysmal. They fit the fitness-industry trope of basically making it impossible to cancel. Over the last 6-8 weeks I have spoken to at least 3 different customer service reps, been given 3 different case number, and they are STILL attempting to collect payments for a service that I do not use.
