Overall, we are pleased with MyRec and are continuing to learn how to use the program to best meet the needs of our Department.

I just wish I would have found them years earlier. They are so user friendly and it's so easy to build programs and activities.

MyRec.com's customer service is awesome too. I had a suggestion for being able to email teams separately and they decided it was a great idea and was able to implement it into the system for everyone.

The outside user struggles with the cart and add on items. These additions can be by passed so users think they have added them and have not.

Setting up a customer account can be confusing for non-tech savvy folks.

Simply putting in time for programs can be a problem.

I love the public side of the system- I think it is very user friendly. We especially like the access to instructors to go electronic and not have to use paper for everything anymore.

If we could have the access to change our own headers, colors, etc. rather than be charged and ask someone to change our header.

We also love the fact that we can now refund a resident with only having to use MYREC and not have to go to Authorize.net as well.

My experience with myrec has overall been a great one. The staff is knowledgeable, very responsive and easy to work with.

We were previously not able to refund directly back to cards, this has been a wonderful feature as well as monthly auto billing for our gymnastics team.

A complaint we have from our constituents  is that they are unable to re-set their password when they click the re-set password button.

Having to manually block an account that currently holds a balance which still allows the account holder to register for future programs, activities and events.

WE had a very difficult program to initiate and they came through.

The inability to link social media platforms and lack of scalable fees similar to Sparxo's fees is a struggle.

Organizers have greater flexibility in ticketing and fee options with a clean interface. I also love the gamification aspect of encouraging sharing of events.

Super easy to use, waitlist functionality works perfectly and the design is really professional. Way better than Eventbrite.

The app for check in isn't working for iOS 12. That could be a problem for iPhone user that have updated the software and they want to do the check in their cell phones.

Buttons are sometimes not where you expect, and forms don't support keyboard interaction (or do so incorrectly).

Not being able to import qr-codes from other softwares. That is the One thing I'm missing, since I can't combine the softwares I'm using.

I can send emails to attendees directly from my dashboard, and track as ticket sales come in. I like how each event is customization, and I can choose to ask additional questions of my attendees.

It has all of the functionality you need in ticket sales and lots of customizable options, which is great. I really like the look of the calendar, it works well with our website and branding.

We love how beautifully and easily sparxo integrates with our website and on Facebook.

Lack of Salesforce integration and integration on other social channels.

I love the templates which allows greater impact online presence. I was amazed  of all the choices  that could be used.

So much more user friendly than the competitors. Plus I love the integrations with FB and wordpress.

I love that they stay in the Facebook event universe, rather than going to another ticketing app with other ads. I also love how seamless the payment and check-in features are.

I enjoy the event splash page which personalizes your event. Sparxo's customer service is also awesome and they are very responsive if you have any questions.
