  • Any issues are very quickly resolved. It's great that customers can log in and see all of their families camps and activities in one spot.
  • We like that we can build the custom forms to capture all the additional requirement for our registrants and that is easily applies to future registrations for the time period in which we designate.
  • Cons

  • I stressed to the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] that I want to make it convenient for my patrons.
  • The outside user struggles with the cart and add on items. These additions can be by passed so users think they have added them and have not.

  • As an attendee to the show, I found this product to be quite useful so that I knew exactly what my schedule was in the wayfinding was fantastic.
  • Ease of use, functionality, topics, up to date Information throughout the conference. Great photo/cation contest for participants.
  • Cons

  • My only complaint was that there were way to many notifications. I couldn't keep up with all the groups, chats meetings... whew! should be able to filter that.
  • The only thing I can say disappointing about this software is that I was not exposed to it first.
