Pros
- CloudApp is super easy to use and very flexible to do both, screenshots and videos. My favorite features are the annotation tools and the fact that we can also download and save these as jpegs.
- One of the best editors: The annotate option is one of the best out there, it allows you to very easily draw and add elements such as arrows, and shapes and even blur the text with ease.
Cons
- It's constantly being updated which is a bit annoying, but otherwise not an issue. Also creating a gif is really slow, so I don't like to use that feature too much.
- At times the video doesn't save/upload properly, causing some frustration until resolved. This doesn't happen often (and never using the free version for some reason), but is frustrating when it does.
Pros
- A lot of awesome functionality. Mass manipulation of tickets and linking tickets to together in parent-child relationships.
- It's very stable, customizable, and easy to use and understand. Most updated and changes are only a few clicks and they're done.
Cons
- My only complaint, and it's a mild one, is that some of the configuration settings can be difficult to locate. Other than that, I have only feature requests for future versions.
- Speed was awful after using it for about a year with 1500-2000 users submitting tickets daily. Even with the added customization.
