I like integration Dameware with Active Directory, functionality and simplicity.

Connecting to a computer for remote support without needing interaction from the end user is the best part of Dameware.

I have been very pleased with DameWare and have setup a DMW file for sharing with others that lists all our servers and other specific computers.

The ease of use is the best part is will connect to even to any pc on our domain, and allows us to chat with and see all screens. Even when not at our own desks it allows ease of access to others.

What I like the most of the ease of use of this program.

Cannot recommend this software enough, definitely worth the money.

There are times that it can be sluggish, or through random errors out when installing the service for the first time, but most of the time that has to do with the computer and not the software.

The ability to do ad-hoc off network remote control is nice.

I like the AD like interface, and the general ease of use. Access to remote computers having issues and being able to pull logs any time is great.

My authentication methods for access to my computers is my business. This is very dictatorial and heavy-handed, and it makes no sense.

Dameware is a true  diamond for any IT Support staff,  software can be installed on the client machine remotely without any user intervention.

The Licensing model is awesome and only costs $50.

Connections to devices and management of the network is great. The ability to connect to devices quick and safely.

I have tried other software but have not been as impressed as with DameWare. Solarwinds has great products.

It's very straightforward and also helpful if you need insight on how to operate it. The cost is also very inexpensive for remote desktop support software.

This avoids confusion with users that like to change systems without notifying IT. Dameware has a great integration with Solarwind's WebHelpDesk.

Mobile app is awesome, implementation is easy - so anyone should be able to configure this, even those less experienced people.

Ease of use and implementation. Integration with Zendesk and Slack, plus integrated kaspersky antivirus.

No pulseway uninstall utility available. Built in uninstaller does not remove all traces of the app.

Mobile app features are carefully considered; they did not try and cram every feature in. Devs are active, responsive, and helpful in the forum.

The UI is very friendly and being able to customize the notifications like storage space and sending us alerts when system resources were reaching a certain limit.

Mainly because I am a total noob with PS and prefer to learn from others.

Notifications do not automatically go away when one has been triggered and the situation that caused the notification is no longer present.

The support staff is very responsive and are always eager to help solve problems I may have, or teach me how to use the new features.

The dashboard used as an info monitor in our Helpdesk, so we are aware of any issues, in a matter of a few minutes. Patching servers is super easy.

Support tickets ignored, unable to even log in due to an error in their systems. 2 weeks withodut access is enough to shut a place down.

Pulseway caters to what really matters most to me in all the important areas, and its support staff has demonstrated ample interest in helping me grow my business.

It has both a dashboard application that runs locally as well as a Web Interface. Remote access and control are good.

Since I use Pulseway, the feature that i mostly like is its easiness. Pulseway provides effective and user friendly monitoring solution specially from the phone app.

Missing some killing features (e.g. manage licenses, pc's ownership, etc). Some pc's information should be available when they're offline.

Overall im happy - looked at other RMM providers and so far im happy to stick with Pulseway.

If there were one downside it would be support, they're friendly and fast, but I've always felt they blame me first, rather than look inward.

Its all there, easy to get to and easy to control. Also, Pulseway offers Webroot as a AntiMalware option.

Promised functionality never came, regular downtime and outages, poor performance.

The mobile APP is excellent and the easy of usage.
