Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the functionality of this. It made my job as a chat customer service agent so much easier!

  • My favorite part is the easy-to-access chat history. It's very well laid out, and it's nice to be able to find previous conversations through the search bar.

  • Cons

  • I found the software is a bit dated, and required some round-about measures to do what I want, however it's very stable, and fulfills my needs.

  • Nothing really so far, maybe I could mention that the documentation articles are sometimes a little bit short. But then the support people are very fast and professional to help.

  • Pros

  • This software is so great I can connect to other organization when I starting used this tool. Ease of use and impressive.

  • Easy to use and to integrate with other apps. Nice and user friendly experience. Channels function is really useful.

  • Cons

  • This software is great overall, but it seems a little disorganized since everything is communicated in a chat format.

  • Slack can crash at times, and updates aren't as often as I'd like, but overall there isn't much to complain about.
