It is a solid application, the mail tracking tools are excellent.

The User-Interface is, to say it mildly, not very intuitive. Functions are hard to find.

Sometimes it becomes impossible to scroll down to actually read a message. And this looks really disappointing considering the app's price.

Polymail will be a great replacement for your default MacOS email client. Very powerful tool with clean design and many features.

Polymail app is a Mac-only software, and there is no a Windows version :( Another its disadvantage is that the price of the premium version is too high.

I appreciated its clean modern look and it's ability to let me focus on my emails at hand rather than managing a ton of email.

Also, some of the archived and deleted email might get stuck in your inbox despite going already through them. Closing and reopening the app usually does the trick.

I don't like having to pay for an email client.

It has a very useful and featured packed free plan that can help you out if you are a startup or a small business just starting out.

The best thing about this software feature is the ability to track mails, get notified if a person has read your mail or not. Apart from that it has an amazing UI.

I can use a beautifully design & nice to use mailer with awesome & native functionalities. I'm still waiting for a Windows native app to use it at work because I want to get rid of MS Outlook.

It allows you to customize the sending of mass emails, it is also very efficient in tracking email, since any device is easy to use.

Seriously, I love the interface. It works really well and it runs pretty smoothly.

The initial set-up is easy and it has lots of features that make it a great product. I like the settings that show me when an email is read, when a document is downloaded, etc.

Search function is terrible. Does not honor replyto: in the message header.

Slack is refined, clean, and very user friendly. It integrates with many other tools in our stack and always offers a great experience.

The different channels help to keep conversations organized. The fun features make this instant messaging fun and add flair.

When te connection is down, the messages stay grey and after some minutes, they fail, so sometimes the internet connection come back and those failed messages are sent after the previous ones.

Overall, I'd say that once a company is used to the mechanisms and abilities of slack, it has the potential to do a lot of good. Once comfortable with it, it is quite efficient and enjoyable.

The best thing about Slack is the ease of use and the ability to communicate quickly and effectively across multiple teams/projects.

I love the feature that allows you to pin links to the header of a channel making it easy for others to access certain documents. In addition,  The Slackbot is a great help tool.

It's really useful, practical and easy to use. Great way to communicate and even fun because you can add your own emogi and use giphy.

It is super user friendly and able to navigate through the platform with ease. It has been money well spent and has helped our business flourish.

I recommend it to everyone I know. More people should use it! perhaps invest more on marketing so that it is more popular among crowds.

The best thing about this software is its easy to use and very useful functions. I love being able to select groups to notify or send announcements easy, essentially getting rid of email.

The only thing that I dislike is that I can easily get distracted by the notifications.

What is nice about slack is that you can have multiple channels based on what the communities interests are and that tagging people in messaging is really helpful.

Webhooks are incredibly useful. Custom emojis are great for teams to develop a fun atmosphere.

From keeping message history to other basic necessities, Slack charged for a lot of it. Comparing it to Discord, it cannot compete.

Super light and easy to use interface. Integration services with Google apps (Calendar, Sheets, etc) are excellent and seamlessly integrated into the conversations.

I love the look and how it is comfortable in the eyes. Functional in all aspects especially the integration with other apps that we use like Time Doctor and Asana.

You can easily confuse groups your in and comment something to the wrong team ( I've done it on many occasions) and confused the heck out of some coworkers.
