Flexible and customisable, the system is relatively easy to use. I like age addition of pictures for all equipment and pricing structures.

Current RMS is terrific rental software that is practical, easy to use and looks great. Customer service is second to none with free initial training (not that it's needed).

Pictorial layout makes sense & looks great. CRM & Project integration (Invoicing too but we don't use that feature...yet).

The onboarding process was very professional and responsive. I was given tons of information in a short time, but the person helping me was nice and efficient.

The builder is very broken, slow, and does not work fluently like you would expect. Again, customer service has been the worst I have experienced with any company.

Lodgify it is very good for the price and it works , something important because there are many other softwares that are a disaster like Ciirus for example.

On top of that, they offer a great add-on service (you can customize & add late check outs, etc) & has a mobile app with some functionalities which is helpful if you are always on the go.

I like that renters can now book directly from my website. The widget is easy to use and imbed on your personal website even if you are not a tech person.

Integration with Pricelabs, AirBnB, VRBO, and booking.com are great - Lodgify takes prices from pricelabs and moves those to VRBO since VRBO and pricelabs do not have integration.

I can use ignorance but I have no use for arrogance.

The ease to sync with other site and with dynamic pricing.

After requesting to cancel, it was like I was the bad guy and they fought for their annual subscription from me.

Initial set up of the property website was easy. It was also great to have payment receipt built in.

This is a great tool for the the str hosts, You have a better property administration.

And the knowledge base and help centre is full of answers to help you navigate around.
