I have not seen the outcomes of the data yet. I am not sure if this is on InMoment or more on the internal team I have and am working with.

InMoment - Good Product, small enhancements possible.

I am a little disappointed in not being able to make amends/adjustments to the surveys without going through several doors first.

InMoment does have excellent customer service and is quick to answer questions.

The product was easy to use and the company offered good support in order to implement it across our different touchpoints.

Reporting inside moment is very hard to use, especially when setting up parameters and custom reports for different parts of your organization.

Pulling a report of the surveys is very easy and pretty quick. I do like that it allows some customization to the reporting as well.

Great software for employee and customer management.

Gives real time concerns and areas to address in overall operations. Great way to keep in touch and improve on guest relatio ns.

I don’t use this other than uploading a file and choosing fields so very little criticism.

This is a great tool and easy to use for newbies needing to track, but trying to change results is a bit harder if needed.

Overall this is a great program. I would recommend it to any provider/company that needs to track scoring on surveys.

Visually appealing and great range of options and filters.

Customer Support is outstanding. I do know the Customer Service managers really use the alerts to resolve issues with dissatisfied customers.

Team expertise and support is key in the success of the program.

Signal is easy to use and provides us with valuable data. Their customer support team is outstanding and always quickly helps with any problems we encounter.

The customer service is very responsive for any of my needs, both on the chat in the platform and via email. I also appreciate the webinars they hold for getting additional value out of the platform.

I generally satisfied with functionalities, also adding very helpful customer support.

The speed of search is unlike previous tools utilised by the team. Particularly impressed with being able to tweak searches almost instantaneously to match new parameters.

There are sometimes glitches which I feel could be avoided - especially if another user is in the same data as you.

Prior to using Signal, our reporting process was long and often inaccurate. Signal's platform helps us quickly report out to clients and have confidence in our real time monitoring.

Very high - being able to directly compare competitor SOV (at a macro and micro level) is excellent.

The biggest problem was that Signal AI couldn't filter out irrelevant coverage from other parts of the world.

The fact I can keep our board up to date with coverage in real time if required is amazing.

Signal is an excellent way of monitoring mentions in the press of our company, key stakeholders, the companies we invest in, and our competitors.

Signal's reach and ability to flag up coverage is impressive.

The staff all seem really engaged and genuinely happy to help.

Some of the larger publication who I typically rely on for news are not included in the database, which I find a little odd.

You can stay very simple or be more complex with the filters you set for your searches. The bulletin feature is very helpful to stay on top of coverage as it comes out.

Their ability to train the AI on your company, competitors or prospects is incredibly useful. Again, no complex Boolean strings and less chaff in the coverage results.

Certain relevant articles will be missed and certain irrelevant articles will be flagged. But considering Signal is scouring the whole internet, I'd say we can cut it some slack.
