It’s very easy to use. I like that the clients have a portal to communicate and that we can text clients.

Cons:

Would still like a text marketing system. Maybe breaking down reports more would be nice however I may just need to retrain myself of those features.

Hearing from us as clients as to what needs to be improved and actually being taken into consideration and seeing the improvements sooner than later shows we are being heard

Cons:

Alot of click throughs for setting up new services , items . Such as when creating ne services , there should be a step by step to ensure everything is "turned on " like staff member to complete the service , are there forms to go along with this service , commission paid , will this service be available for online boking , etc .

The software has since added AI and SMS messaging which can be helpful for client communication. This was a major downfall prior.

Cons:

The system is still lacking in aesthetics and customization. As a business, we can benefit by having the ability to create more custom reports.

It was easy to catch onto. Help getting it up and running, which I needed since I’m not strong in the technology realm. Starting my own business I’m wearing all the hats, and they’ve made it so easy to get in touch with someone to walk me through the process. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been great, literally calls within minutes to help get me the support I need.

Cons:

In order for paperwork to go through to a patient, they have to place who their cell carrier is. It’s always unmarked by patients. Changing this requirement or landing that the patient can’t move on until it’s filled out would help me stop having to chase people down to fill out forms they never received.

Price point. And boulevard keeps having malfunctions and you cannot use it for the entire day. I can’t have that happening with the frequency it was happening

To be honest in the beginning I struggled because I thought it wasn’t as user friendly as I was used to. I do feel with each “upgrade” thing are getting better. And as I said earlier, I wish the AP markerting templates were more modern looking and user friendly. I also would like to be able to go back to a chart once an invoice is opened. Having to use two different screens is a pain. Sometimes I need to be in the person chart to see if we are discounting or what the exact name of the service is I am adding to the invoice.

I like that it went over the basics, I learned to use AP based on how other staff members where using it but they weren’t necessarily utilizing every feature that was shown. I like seeing it from the provider/admin and the client prospective. It’s was helpful to know why its important to have certain things in place.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like about it was some area covered didn’t make sense for my practice, they weren’t things I could utilize. I also really wish the AP marketing templates were more modern looking.

How you constantly take out time to respond to the tickets and constantly hold webinars to educate us. Also the new UI is way better

Cons:

I really wish the UX can be improved tremendously. For example you can’t sign a filled form using the iOS app which I find very sad.

We made the switch because fresha couldn’t handle client data at the capacity we needed especially comparing before and afters and other key features AP brings

Pros:

AestheticsPro is always adapting and making quality changes and upgrades to its platform. Consistent support and quick answers aways.

Cons:

That i havent figured out everything about it that can make my practice as easy as it could be yet. If I had one want it would be that i could insert videos into emails.
