I am a plumbing supply and bath & kitchen showroom and was lucky enough that this software works wonderfully for us, too. We are sharing the building with the equipment rental gentlemen.

Our training with the team has been fabulous; they each go above and beyond in customer service and have more than exceeded our expectations in every area.

They helped us all the way from install, to about 9 years later with our own fat finger mistakes.

The reporting is very robust and the user interface is a very quick learn which helps with new staff members. The option to customize also makes this software a great fit for us.

Always improving and listening to their customers to get their input as to what they would like to see improved.

We have been exceptionally pleased with the both the program features and ease of use. However, it is Alert's customer service and technical support that truly distinguishes them from the competition.

Alert has helped us improve our purchasing process with their PO module including serial# tracking, job costing, automatic price increases.

Documentation and instructions are week. Limited options: spell check, cut and paste option just not work on all parts of the system.

When they went out of business, they highly recommended Alert. We investigated a total of 5 rental software packages and ultimately chose Alert.

Alert was not the first operating system we tried. Unfortunately it was not the second system we tried either.

You may have to follow up for status opposed to waiting to hear an update. Way more hits than misses through, especially lately.

You can call and speak to people who want to help you fix your problem and they constantly improving and taking feedback.

We are very pleased and satisfied with the product, and the customer support is very valuable when you have an issue.

For the money spent, this is the best software option we found on the market. Different modules can be purchased depending on your specific business needs.

Once you send a payment to someone, it's sent- which sucks if you accidentally sent it to the wrong person.

Venmo is widely recognized as the best alternative to PayPal, and for good reason. It is safe, secure, fast, and widely accepted.

You can accidentally send money to the wrong person if you type in the username incorrectly, and there is no way to cancel that transaction.

I love how easy it is to use with friends, family, and coworkers. It’s great how it works like Instagram where you find people and pay quickly with their username.

I love Venmo because now I can actually pay people back when needed because who carries cash these days. It’s easy to use and its nice and secure.

All they have to do is send it with their bank account then tell their bank that it was a fraud transaction to get it cancelled.

It has been great and really helpful in all types of reimbursement and payment situations. I'd recommend it to anyone.

What I like about Venmo is that it’s super easy to use. It’s pretty inexpensive to cash out your money and I like that it’s easy to find users.

It scares me that some folks have had problems with ppl faking accounts and stealing and fraud.

I love how I can integrate venmo with my website to take payments since most of my customers are millenials alot of them checkout using it.

You can accidentally send the wrong amount of money. There should be a feature that makes you authorize if you send more than 50 dollars.

Also, I love the ios version as you can integrate it with Siri and ask Siri to do transaction for you which is a great feature I think.

Easy to use, easy to add money and take money off,  everyday use is easy for the Venmo user, customer service is nice and helpful.

Love that others can see your posts, makes it fun and social. Fun to get creative with it too.

Venmo is a digital payment and wallet gateway that allows customers to transfer money and make payments via their mobile device.
