To my knowledge the only thing that makes it high-risk is that I charged about $5k in two days - Which I told the underwriter team was my norm before I signed up.

Easy awesome way to have your payments run through your merchant account. We have ours integrated with a billing system and it run's smoothly with virtually zero problems.

This suite of features is essential for the day to day running of our business. Vastly improved customer support.

Never saying anything overtly negative, but just bad attitudes and not treating people like valued customers.

As I mentioned above, it integrates well with our website and is easy to do transactions on the app. It's nice not to have to worry about merging systems.

Can be difficult to navigate, especially on mobile. We have also had some fraudulent transactions that the system did not notify us of.

We like that the integration, management, and overall quality of the software is great.

Processes credit card transactions effectively, securely, and has decent reporting tools.

I also love that you can send the client a receipt or transcript showing details of the charge.

Could be  a card reader issue but it makes it very difficult if you have a line of customers and you have to re-pair the device.

Net is a very solid and reliable payment platform. Excellent support for almost any programming language that exists.

This software is so easy to use. I love that it can store credit cards or I can store them on my own depending on what you want.

The greatest thing about Authorize.net is that their merchant portal is so easy to navigate.

Deposits are quick enough and usually only take a couple of days. Works well if you need to accept electronic checks.

Pretty easy to set up in the WordPress installs we use it on, and never had an issues with reliability.

Earlier this year we realized tons of valid donations had been declined because a fraud detection setting was limiting hte number of transactions allowed per day.

Has good tracking and history reports. Love the automated recurring billing feature as well.

Whether I have a technical glitch or need an increase in a credit line, the customer service department has been great.

I am stuck in Booker because I have been using it since 2014. My client data base and content are huge, they have been purchased by mindbody and I had hoped for an improvement, but its worse.

Wrong service and product history for clients that can never be corrected. Financial transactions that regularly crash.

Booker is a good product I have enjoyed using it. It's been a helpful part of our operation.

We had several manual processes and workarounds  to track and fix our data, but the auditing capabilities and ease of use make this system worthwhile.

Booker is great because I can keep track of my books even from home. I also enjoy being able to write progress notes.

The survey section is really helpful to hear from clients on what we can add or change to make their experience the best it can be.

It has good booking feature that notified employees and customers of appointments.

I have lost members because the software randomly double and triple charges them each month and doesn't represent it in the recent orders tab so it looks as if it hasn't.

Customer service is available - but they are often unknowledgeable and can only submit requests to development and they take months even years before they fix your problem.

Set up went very well and maintaining it is going well also. Customer service is excellent but haven't needed it much.

Even chirotouch is a better scheduler for a similar price, with superior reporting and accounting features.

I like how easy it is for customers to book and I like the Features of the marketing it is user friendly and very specific to the needs of the business and clients.

Customer service is fantastic, and tool is very intuitive overall.

CONSTANTLY has issues with loading. They refuse to refund my monthly payment for the software during COVID19 even though their business is run by businesses that are forced to shut down.
