It also keeps card information secure through encryption, which gives us peace of mind. Overall, it provides great value for money and helps keep our salon business organized and easy to track. The features allow us to access important client details, such as completed and cancelled appointments, payment history, membership history, and more. It’s a great tool that helps us provide efficient and effective customer support. #### Cons The biggest thing I dislike about Boulevard is that it doesn’t show when pricing changes were applied, who made the changes, or when a service was turned off. I know there's more features of Boulevard that I could be using and haven't yet! #### Cons Boulevard was the most expensive of the platforms I reviewed when looking to make the switch over a year ago. The experience with humans was very nice. They were helpful and knew their materials. They gave time for me to learn and get familiar with the software before launching. The videos were very helpful and the articles were up-to-date with new features and well written concisely and precisely. The processing system set-up was seamless and robust. The reader doesn't need updating too often and does not crash so far (none). I love the iPad for the self check-in which capture all customers information without errors if it was the staff entering the information, which would waste time. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros I love the most about Blvd is that it is integrated into the owner's website, and that Blvd does not market other competitors to customers. The software is very customizable to the owner's business system. The software doesn't seem to crash too often, and the payment system is very robust (no troubleshooting too often). The service descriptions are clearly laid out to customers to see, as well as the add-ons, which increases sales. Customer support is excellent with the A.I as it is more accurate than human, but human support are also excellent. Excellent features for appointments and reminder without over doing it. I love that the credit card information is securely stored in file and can't be removed by customers in case of a no-show. #### Cons The AI receptionist is a little pricey. However the software itself is a very at a reasonable price. #### Reasons for switching to Boulevard Did not like the App which market my competitors on a platform. Did not like charging the customers for booking an appt at a ridiculous price while it could be for free. Did not like frequent crashes with software and reader.
