It also keeps card information secure through encryption, which gives us peace of mind. Overall, it provides great value for money and helps keep our salon business organized and easy to track. The features allow us to access important client details, such as completed and cancelled appointments, payment history, membership history, and more. It’s a great tool that helps us provide efficient and effective customer support. #### Cons The biggest thing I dislike about Boulevard is that it doesn’t show when pricing changes were applied, who made the changes, or when a service was turned off. I know there's more features of Boulevard that I could be using and haven't yet! #### Cons Boulevard was the most expensive of the platforms I reviewed when looking to make the switch over a year ago. Previously we were using 3 platforms at Innova Wellness Spa and now we only have one. I love all of the incentive features for clientele such as memberships, loyalty point and promo codes. #### Cons The lack of features and lack of consistency behind the current features. There have been times during checkout where the Duo system glitched, said a payment was processed yet the client was never charged or said a voucher was redeemed only for it not have been or it simply will not allow me to check out a client or cancel a pending transaction. Having to upload images one by one into a client's account is extremely time consuming. The lack of language options is a barrier for some of our Non-English speaking clients. I also love the convenient payment processing, with the option to utilize Offset. I find the support desk to be very helpful and prompt for when I do have a question or issue. I am excited that the Klarna and Afterpay options have gone live! The transition from our previous platform was smooth and training is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend Boulevard! #### Cons Maybe that there is not a way to send payment links through text or email?
