Implementation was poor and we never launched
Will never use again
PROSOffered a potential solution to all our needs at a fair price
CONSCould not implement. It is not intuitive to me and support started as very good but became useless.

see above...On paper it offers the best solution. In reality it may be great but we could never launch it and in the end abandoned it after spending a lot of money hiring people to help us migrate it.

I feel friendly to used this software and if i stuck somewhere the support line help us immediately.
PROSOur company is using Ezee Optimus from more than 365 days and it is very easy to learn and used for daily operations
CONSIt is very easy to learn and for gripping for new staff also.
