Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Very easy to use and customer service is amazing

  • Its very easy to use and anybody can work with it, its not expensive for what your getting in value and im really happy with it

  • Cons

  • Teething issues at start but the do get resolved once highlighted quickly

  • We didn't come across anything bad so far. The only thing is the machine would sometimes loose the signal and the order wouldn't come through right away .

  • Pros

  • The design is incredibly pleasing and the fact everything is integrated with each other is incredibly nice.

  • Great customer service and a great system to keep track of the inventory.

  • Cons

  • Initially having issue with invoice size when printing, but that’s all under control now and running smoothly.

  • Does not integrate with our account program, but we are so small not using normal Quick Books, which it does integrate.
