Some devices can have an extremely high volume at max settings. It's utterly ridiculous that this widely complained problem is the hill that the developers choose to die on.

Limit of feature development, and lack of local banks online payments.

The ordering receiving app on the tablet needs some updating, pre-orders can sometimes be lost and forgotten as they are not sorted (you can find a workaround by looking at the reports).

In today's age, everything is done by a mobile device. Not being able to pause orders or make changes from a mobile device has been tough.

I enjoying going to work and using Visual Retail Plus, as the POS system is so user-friendly and fun to use.

This program can get very annoying when you try to do something it doesn't recognize. It just gives an error and closes everything.

It's a good POS, and it really does a good job. If you are a small company, it's perfect for you.

There are too many changes. Because of these changes, there are many more errors than what was there before.

What I dislike most is that fixes take a while to fix. I think once there is a problem it should be on the priority list.

It has a great formula and it gets better with age in the game of retail. VRP is constantly perfecting, upgrading and listening to the customers needs and that is wonderful thing this day in age.
