Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, keeps track of so many different things. I love how I can pull a customer up by name and see what they bought for those who can't remember. So easy to do.

  • Easy to use and great customer service. Cannot ask for a better product

  • Cons

  • Although the features have alot of ways to get to, it does make training a little harder as everyone has their own way of doing things.

  • Its always a little challenging to implement a new software after years of work on other platform, however once all the nuances were mastered...works great

  • Pros

  • I love the various aspects that the product covers. The wide range of features and flexibility.

  • Very simple to setup, training is good and easy user interface and ability to use in multiple locations

  • Cons

  • retail edge crashes sometimes. other than that never had an issue with the program. It does everything i need it to do

  • We have lost the ability to do some features with updates but have found work arounds. I think the fees to keep updated are extreme
