Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use, keeps track of so many different things. I love how I can pull a customer up by name and see what they bought for those who can't remember. So easy to do.

  • Easy to use and great customer service. Cannot ask for a better product

  • Cons

  • Although the features have alot of ways to get to, it does make training a little harder as everyone has their own way of doing things.

  • Its always a little challenging to implement a new software after years of work on other platform, however once all the nuances were mastered...works great

  • Pros

  • Easy interface, and very user friendly. Able to switch prices and add new items no problem.

  • works well, easy to use and train, good features, and good customer support

  • Cons

  • Set up was a hassle, and with electronics comes bugs, but even with those things we have found this was the best option for flexibility of business.

  • growing really fast so great for the company but the new staff need to be better trained
