Core Plan (all Basic features + table management, waitlist, availability controls, inventory, and POS integration): $249/month + $1 per network cover + free reservations on business website + 2% service fee for takeout and experiences. Best SW for restaurant bookings
Excellent product with whom we hope to be happy for many many years to come...
PROSAs we have 2 restaurants in our company, we are always looking new ways to promote them and to have less empty seats for lunch or dinner. We have found about OpenTable online, and we contacted them several years back. At that time they were only U.S. based, but last year when they spreader their network in Europe, we were the first company in our country that signed the contract with OpenTable. Their training staff was great, introducing the system and training our staff. As were the first users, we believe that we gain enough advantage for the time being and the fact that we were the first helped us to increase the business in our restaurant - times four....
CONSIn this part we would say the fees, but the fees are ridiculously small, we counted that we are spending or giving 2,5-3% of our revenue to OT, which is really small when you count the fact that any mediator would ask for 10%...

Open Table is Easy to Use
My overall experience has been 10/10- would highly recommend OpenTable to others.
PROSI like that you can pick the times that are available and they also give you the next available date. If you can not book the one you want- they have suggestions for alternate restaurants.
CONSThere was nothing I didn't like about it- it truly has made booking reservations at restaurants way easier, and all in the same location (rather than going to reach restaurants website).

Easy! If only all restaurants had this
Overall it's great and I use it whenever I can.
PROSMakes it simple to book a table and even find new places to try out. Helps to solve the "where should we eat" dilemma.
CONSNot all restaurants are on here obviously, but I also feel like some places don't publish all the availability.

I love the ease of making reservations and know I can depend on OpenTable for accuracy.
The main problem solved is time. No one wants to use a phone to make a call more than they have to, and they certainly don't like to have to wait. OpenTable helps with making reservations quickly and effortlessly.
PROSOpenTable is very easy to use. While I'm a little computer savvy, I've no patience for sites that are glitchy or too complicated. I'm able to make my reservations easily, choosing the time and the number of people and can also, when necessary, make special requests. I make a lot of the reservations for family, friends and colleagues and because I know I can count on OpenTable, they know they can count on me. And best of all, it's quick; no more waiting on hold, no conversation over the loud noises of the restaurant. I also love the text / email reminders. This is a big help with a busy schedule; it's one less thing to keep track of.
CONSI honestly can't think of anything that can be improved. Everything has worked smoothly thus far.
