In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

It's super easy use to use. I love all the safety features it has especially protecting my personal information.

I like PayPal you can use it anywhere you can take it anywhere as it's easy access my experience with PayPal has been wonderful.

Additionally, I love the ease of transferring money PayPal provides. It's so simple to use, effective, and secure.

It sucks, too many issues, too poor customer service, not enough accountability with the partnered apps and businesses such as eBay.

I dislike that I've been charged a fee when others have sent money to me. When sending a small amount, it stinks to have a fee on that.

I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.

My overall experience with PayPal is amazing I love them I would rate them an 11 if I could.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.

Paypal is great as a choice to use for any business. I haven't had any issues with it and I loved it because it integrates with most platforms.

It's so badly prepared, the service is worthless, the documentation - both online and written, awful, and they make what should be easy, very difficult.

Sales are a breeze and pulling reports is very easy with the improved user interface. The cloud-centric features are very nice too, offering seamless integration across devices and platforms.

I love how this point of sale is fully customizable to the customers needs.

I no longer have to worry about things falling through the cracks. The customer service is excellent, but hardly even needed as the software is so easy to use.

So easy to use, quick payment into your account and the cost per event is minimal.

Quickbooks doesn't integrate with Shopify, and it does a horrible job of keeping up with inventory.

My previous version was great. The newer one is not great.

It isn't very user friendly - have to x out of windows to get back to selling. User interface is ugly and in general a bit clunky.

Multi-store is absolutely terrible. Like who is going to upload and download files nightly between stores.

Performance tended to suffer as more user got on. Also managing and recovering from backups was not always easy.

Sometimes the shortcuts are not obvious, so I end up entering wrong numbers in wrong places. It is a little too quick for me.

QuickBooks point-of-sale was quite costly to purchase all at once. But you only have to pay once.

The register scanned items in quickly. Showed details like amount on hand.

I was confounded and furious and customer service had no answers as to why this had happened.

While it is robust and simplifies many aspects of accounting, the overall feel and look were just not conducive to everyday business operations.

I love that it is easy to use and has good reporting ability. Links well with QB Bookkeeping.

Fast Input of information,  Invoice information input was good, price for beginners was right.

I do not use it often enough to really have any cons about this product, but it can be confusing if you do not know what you are doing.

It does not function as advertised. Intuit doesn't listen to customer complaints, calls, emails, feedback via the app.

That you have to payI hate paying for  a software that once you have it you have to pay for on subscription.

We've upgraded to the new version 19. This process has been simply AWFUL.

What I like most about this was to be able to save the documents filed on making. I like this mostly to save.

I have logged 50 hours on the phone with customer service since August 2020. The engineers obviously released the new updated system too soon and my business suffers because of it.

I continue to say pick another POS Quickbooks is awful...just awful. Oh and the chickens and roosters in the background when talking to support...what in the world.
