Pros/Cons
Pros
- I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.
- I use PayPal for business, as a payment processor, and personal, for transactions and sending money. Their security is outstanding and the ease of use is very good.
- It was overall really a good experience to use such a nice application which does what it promises.
Cons
- I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.
- It sucks, too many issues, too poor customer service, not enough accountability with the partnered apps and businesses such as eBay.
- My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.
Pros
- The Ease of use of the software. It is accessible on multiple devices which is also great.
- To be honest, I really liked my old-fashioned POS terminal better since 90% of what we do is hand-entry.
- Its been excellent and my staff and customers find it very cool to use.
Cons
- You are not only unable to return individual products but actually have to go look in your history for the original transaction. This is time consuming and and annoying to customers who are waiting.
- It does not function well for a bar/cafe setting. Too many steps.breaks down at worst possible times.
- This culminated in one third of an entire days sales being lost.
