The email and text marketing within Phorest is expensive and poor quality compared to industry specific software so another downside to Phorest.

I do like it but probably will change to different software.

I am just new to this system and everyone that I have worked with within the company have been great and very helpful training was great and it's really easy to use the system.

The only con I have is that if my receptionist makes a mistake with the subtotal for a client and hits pay. I can't go back and change it.

There are many much superior softwares available that are cheaper, easier to run and integrate easier into other business softwares.

Please try to constantly be communicating with users, any problem reported and dealt upon at least be developed in your software.

Most of those problems are for not understanding the users and some of them are observed as a bug.

It really good if you are using the same company PMS you can easily post the charge in the customer folio with even opening the PMS. It is really easy to use and support is also really nice.

I've been using the eZee system in my resort for more than a year now and am very happy with it. Some functions take a while to learn as the system is very powerful and has a lot of features.

Basically i used to the burrp as an admin user and in my position i have to face lot of problems arise from the user end.

The platforms worked well the whole time we used it. It was a few old and boring, need more colors.

The support executive are very good and ready to help at all time , I have never experienced any downtime of more than 5 mins.

Its very easy to work with and really has value for money.

The search engine, it helps a lot especially when we are doing queries in the system. Also the database size is amazing, it uses less disk space on the server.

You will have a great platform to present your product and a good link to communicate with your customers. The Guest feed back survey is a great feature.

Not that i can think of any but the problems we get is from client's employees because they feel it's got so many components and end up not using it to its full capacity.

All the reports are available which is required and the best part is they do customize reports are per our requirements. Live support is very prompt and very fast in resolving queries.

Software with a lot of features and good 24/7 support that will always try to get the best solutions for the clients.

The system can be integrated with IMENU and it help us save a lot of time means that we have done only one time on IMENU.

Am learning so many new things regarding Ezee with good people like him. Ezee-Software is easy to use and am really happy to upgrade my ideas about the software.

The problem is the way how it was implemented by the local supplier. We still dont have the system running 100% because of this situation.

Please if there is a way of adjusting that so that the invoice can be generated even before full payment. Also version 7.0 is still disturbing us with popping messages every now and then.
