Pros
- They do a great job everything that has to do with this kind of product they are always having good things this why I love this product the best one the usa.
- The product/customer support is great. It allows for a review of all sales and has great statistics to make it easy to track.
- User friendly and very good reporting. Integrated well with Great Plains and Quickbooks - good customer service.
Cons
- So whatever you do, don't use this company. They operate on criminal contract practices.
- BI programs are the most frustrating to set up and use.
- For whatever reason, the memory management in RQ Retail Management is unbelievably poor.
Pros
- I love Venmo because now I can actually pay people back when needed because who carries cash these days. It’s easy to use and its nice and secure.
- I love how easy it is to use with friends, family, and coworkers. It’s great how it works like Instagram where you find people and pay quickly with their username.
- Very pleased with this product. As a nonprofit, we watch pennies...this is a fair price and a great quality.
Cons
- For example, I sent money for $1,400.00 and received a very nasty email from the recipient saying that they were charged $14.00 just to pull the money.
- You can accidentally send money to the wrong person if you type in the username incorrectly, and there is no way to cancel that transaction.
- It scares me that some folks have had problems with ppl faking accounts and stealing and fraud.
