  • Pros

  • Great system, the UI is customize able to fulfill your needs and the best part is most of the customization can be done using your management console.
  • Reports are excellent and Revel does a nice job of continuously updating the backend to be more useful. Keeping track of employee hours is easy and efficient.
  • I like the ease and function ability of the table. There are many great tools that can be customized to your business and your needs.

  • At this point, I have more knowledge then some of these techs that are from Lithuania. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE product, and TERRIBLE value for what you get.
  • Confusing, does not track inventory as it should, does not interface correctly with Quickbooks, support is the WORST. No help, we wasted thousands of dollars on this system.
  • It's just so time consumptive and terrible. It makes it all the worse that revel folks just repeat the party line and don't actually look for solutions to the system problems.

  • The ease with which I can manage my content. I also love the Portal and it's ability to get a somewhat realtime snapshot of the business even if I'm not there.
  • We have been very happy using TouchBistro. We love the sleek look of the iPad and how easy it is to use.
  • The use of use for my employees and the customer support is fantastic. The flexibility of running a FOH and the ease of use from FOH to the BOH is fantastic.
  • Cons

  • Authorized Touch bistro Dealer from SWFl was a total fraud and he took $1800 from and did no service at all we wasted more than 2 weeks for them to installl the softare.
  • The implementation team is very arrogant, not knowledgeable and irresponsible. Poor support after go live.
  • Touchbistro's inability to deliver on the dream they created. The amount of labor, money, loss of customers my business suffered because of this defective POS system.
