It can take 5-10 seconds for a screen to pop up. When you have a customer on the phone asking for a price and availability, and it takes a couple minutes, that is unacceptable.

Overall I am happy really satisfied with this software. It allows for great integration whit othe apps.

We were considering upgrading to the new software but once again, no referrals to back up your product. And the price for the upgrade is too expensive.

The colors for inventory availability, within a transaction, do not display properly most of the time and it is really annoying. Availability graphs are not precise enough.

It is hard for an individual without the support of the company to customize reports and information.

I am so disappointed in EPOS NOW support. My system is running extremely slow and my staff and customers are complaining.

This software has provided us with a stable POS system to manage our on-site stores, including our inventory management, which has increased sales.

As a result of the bait and switch I told them I was no feeling uneasy and would find another company and was terminating service.

This is ridiculous, nobody told me that, otherwise I would not  go for it.

Customer service is horrible. Their hardware is always acting up and you have to reboot and unplug the units to try to fix new equipment.

Now our bartender has to keep paper tabs for customers and give them to the servers so that the tickets don't get switched. The worst is the almost non-existent customer service.
