Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Was fantastic as Quoteroller and really enjoyed it for a few years. Easy to build simple proposals and get clients signed up.

  • fairly easy to use for basic features, basic integration works OK with Hubspot CRM. I do like that it uses css for the formatting and that can be customized

  • Cons

  • There are editing issues at times, they have been improved since we started using the product so it has become less annoying then when we started but there are still some minor issues.

  • It does take the documents (depending on the size) a while to load sometimes. So I wish that was a bit quicker, but once it has loaded you can navigate through it with no problems.

  • Pros

  • I like the ease of navigation throughout the sections. The dashboard is informative and the entry was intuitive when I wasn't sure how to show items complete I figured it out pretty easily

  • the wizard based process was seamless and ensured you did not miss anything that is required

  • Cons

  • Search function could be a little better; That's really about my only suggestion as RFP365 is a robust product at a fair price.

  • No complaints about the software. Only positive feedback on our end
