D prefer to not be bothered when I'm not at work and it's annoying to have my phone buzzing with something I don't need at 10pm on a Saturday.

Gong blocks out numbers during calls, making it difficult to capture info that had been lost in technical issues.

Great customer service, intuitive for end users, valuable tool across teams. Very positive experience and would recommend this to any Sales, CS or Enablement team to implement.

It's been tough onboarding some of my teammates to the software. That's been the biggest, and only, struggle.

Nothing that I can think of makes me dislike this software.

Easy to use and helpful for our sales reps. The analytics and tracking are also very helpful to improve quality of our team.

It helps me as a team lead to see how my teams calls are going and what to train on. Helps me as a sales person also know how I can increase my efficiency.

It was also an amazing tool for me to be trained and getting up to speed quickly.

The user interface is pleasing and easy to understand/navigate. The search abilities are pretty good too.

The warning message at the beginning can be a bit abrupt but it's not the biggest deal in the world.

Stock keywords already pulled out of calls by Gong are relatively strong and the chronological view of communication is extremely helpful for managing the sales team from prospect to customer support.

Sometimes the lagging or it not picking up the correct words.

Sometimes the recorder joins late or not at all but that may be a me error. Overall there are very few changes/gripes that I have for the software.

Gong is really good for helping you learn what you need to improve on. Really good for hearing how you sound and being able to go over with peers and improve.

It integrates pretty seamlessly with different CRM providers - including Salesforce and HubSpot. Using it to trigger workflows in tools like Zapier is a great feature.

Its definitely one of the cost effective SAAS platform for time scheduling. The mobile app is very limited in use, which is my biggest gripe as an administrator.

Dislike that it has very limited access through mobile.

They have taken such great care of us and go the extra mile to make things exactly how we want them. They are very attentive to our needs and are always willing to work with us.

As we were a startup, opening a Kitchen & Market mid pandemic, we had a lot of ground to cover. We are so grateful to have [SENSITIVE CONTENT] on our side leading the charge with our implementation.

We also lost a few of our main reporting functions for new hires.

It is easy to use and almost plug and play. Customer Service is top notch and quick to respond.

There is no API yet (it is coming) so makes integration a little clunky.

Their development staff has been great in helping us through the on boarding of Timeforge and molding it to best fit our needs.

Also, there are a lot of hourly employees in the restaurant and retail industries – with fewer salaried staff. Labor problems can result in staff churn and directly affect the project.

Time Forge - Easy to use for Time, Attendance and Scheduling.

TimeForge is intuitive and extremely user friendly. We love the AI technology that helps us make timely data driven decisions on one of our highest operating expenses.

Too many available reports and can be a struggle to find the specific one you are looking for.

They were quick to respond and help us with  putting a time and attendance program in place. They have have great customer service and answer all of my teams question in a timely manner.

They are team players and go above and beyond to ensure for seamless experience. We could not have asked for anyone better.

Overall experience with TimeForge has been fantastic, I can't say enough about the team. They readily jump in to help with any issues we have and overall made this a very smooth transition.

Integration into our POS to enable sales forecasting was simple and non-invasive. I would recommend TimeForge to anyone looking for a Scheduling, PTO tracking, or Time and Attendance system.

Labor scheduling and management can be very complex. We appreciate all the automated features that helps us stay aware of our blind spots and keeps us focused on our Guests.

The Program is very easy to use and was very easy to roll out.

Personally, I really liked the sales forecasting tool. We were able to use this to help our managers create weekly schedules and enforce a labor cost percentage.

Helps keep track of our labor percentage real time so we are far more proactive in decision making. Excellent help desk that gets back to you.

We like the integrated scheduling which allows us to better control our labor costs.

The time forge team has been fantastic at working through the Implementation and customization of the software. Everything they do exhibits their high degree of customer service.

I really enjoy the ability to view each store easily as a snapshot, the reporting functions are incredibly helpful, and I love that we can focus on labor tracking and scheduling.

The service and support are the best I've experienced. The software is very user friendly.

We also love that we can automate and track progress on punch lists, take performance notes, manage our food safety certifications by shift and more.
