Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use for both administrators and customers. Really like that you can set up repeating events with ease. This software has made my bookings a breeze. Great customer service too.

  • Great price, as we are an NGO. I find it easy to use and to keep track of. I like the customisable functions.

  • Cons

  • Back end could always have a few tweaks here and there. Mobile layout for block bookings could be a tiny bit clearer.

  • I would struggle to find something negative to write. All the options I need are there and easy to use.

  • Pros

  • I love the intuitive layout and design of Kickserv. It's very easy to navigate, and extremely easy to train new users on.

  • THis application allows me to keep track of pretty much everything in the office. I absolutely love it!

  • Cons

  • I feel like it lacked in depth tools no tear sheets no followup scheduling. It was very simple which worked but you could say it had a limited reach.

  • Slow down periods but the tech staff usually has a fix with in minutes. They are always working to improve operations
