Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to use for both administrators and customers. Really like that you can set up repeating events with ease. This software has made my bookings a breeze. Great customer service too.

  • Great price, as we are an NGO. I find it easy to use and to keep track of. I like the customisable functions.

  • Cons

  • Back end could always have a few tweaks here and there. Mobile layout for block bookings could be a tiny bit clearer.

  • I would struggle to find something negative to write. All the options I need are there and easy to use.

  • Pros

  • It works! It is simple and easy to use. The support is super stellar!!

  • Fantastic price for so many features. Simple to pick up easy to use. Excellent support staff and customer service.

  • Cons

  • I like it all really but if I had to pick one thing I don't like when it takes a customers email address from an inbox message and uses it as the customer name if it can't recognise it .

  • Reporting is a little light on but improvements are coming soon.
