Pros
- I have used this product for a number of years, and 10 years ago it was a superior product and it is still a superior product.
- The huge recent addition is integration between the GradeBook and Google Classroom, that really helped our school during Covid-19 as did their fantastic Support and other teams.
Cons
- At times when I'm using the QE feature, the individual grades gets deleted. The app is terrible For the student to check grades and homework assignments/answers that I have posted.
- But the administrator has to remote into a Windows environment, which is really just a minor inconvenience all things considered, and they are working on the new web based Admin Plus.
Pros
- The customer service is very good and always quick to response. The system is very configurable.
- The configurations allow for a good foundation in updating and editing fields. As an Administration tool it was very comprehensive and designed well for the user experience.
Cons
- After you pay, may be the team tell you about some features that was not included. Moodle integration is very limited, especially if you had implemented moodle yet.
- Some functionalities are still on the desktop version. Customization of the software for school-specific requires is a bit difficult.
