Pros
- I have used this product for a number of years, and 10 years ago it was a superior product and it is still a superior product.
- The huge recent addition is integration between the GradeBook and Google Classroom, that really helped our school during Covid-19 as did their fantastic Support and other teams.
Cons
- At times when I'm using the QE feature, the individual grades gets deleted. The app is terrible For the student to check grades and homework assignments/answers that I have posted.
- But the administrator has to remote into a Windows environment, which is really just a minor inconvenience all things considered, and they are working on the new web based Admin Plus.
Pros
- User friendly platform, responsive and helpful tech team, great features for youth program management.
- I am not a big tech person but I found setting up everything on Sawyer to be very straightforward. I have used other scheduling systems in the past and am so happy that I went with Sawyer.
Cons
- I had it off on one class but not the other. You could say that my error.
- The widget slows your website down dramatically and the problem has existed for a long time. Customer Service is the major negative with this platform.
