Pros/Cons
Pros
- The product is easy to use and the support is quite good. Good functions and great for basic needs as well.
- Attaching documents to transactions is a great feature and eliminates our need to save file cabinets full of receiving paperwork. Upgrades being included is about the best you can ask for.
- The customer service has been very responsive to our needs. They've been excellent at listening to our requests and promptly modifying the system.
Cons
- Extremely frustrating to deal with lack basic features.
- It can be difficult to work with on various levels of management. Meaning that it can sometimes be difficult to correspond with other management systems.
- The billing module is really confusing. For my cocept this application is made for small organizational structures.
Pros
- We have been a happy customer for 16 years and are very pleased with the continuous improvement of the product.
- Easy to use and pretty self explanatory. The team that gets you set up is super nice and helpful.
- Ability to configure/design reports - this is fairly easy to do, and can make your customers extremely happy with reports that are custom designed for their needs.
Cons
- The out of the box version of the software is extremely basic with very limited features and terrible documents.
- Difficulty setting up, the extra charges to set up. The fact that you must speak with someone (and be charged outrageously) to get setup properly due to non functioning links/uploads etc.
- The Mobilelink program is a bit limiting. Lacking capabilities in the program on documenting value add services in receipts/shipment, No location for notes, cannot flag product as damaged.
