Pros/Cons
Pros
- I already liked OfficeWise but I was very happy with the ease of the new interface that was launched.
- It has been a great too for tracking the cost of products and services purchased for projects. I have utilized it extensively for some time now and am happy with it's performance as an end user.
- I use it often and really enjoy using it. Fun to use to easy to run to generate po numbers purchase order numbers and so easy to use that it is amazing.
Cons
- It's difficult to correct a mistake on an item once it's entered. Also having to approve an order that you personally ordered seems redundant.
- Sometimes when there is a software update, it becomes difficult to navigate through the new changes. With a lack of manual or training, updates can take time to get used to.
- Well, on the few times my internet has been down I couldn't access my account because it's all internet based. That's only a problem for me due to my rural location.
Pros
- It is a very good application for beginners, I would surely recommend it to someone who is interested, due to the many tools it offers and how easy it is to use.
- My overall experience with Zip has been very good. I love working with their support and our employees engage with the solution at a relatively high level.
- The easy deployment of the tool is of great importance. Not having to use a 3rd party implementation team is a huge cost-saving component of why Zip won our business.
Cons
- No sharable reports make it a pain for each user to create the same filtered view.
- Sometimes it makes mistakes while making categories and catalogues.
- There aren't many things to mention here as far as dislikes.
